What a glorious day! Although we did find fun in the rain and cold this past week, having a day like today REALLY makes me excited for summer. A perfect lazy, warm(okay, hot) Sunday afternoon on the deck. And of course we had to get out the hose and water! So here are some pictures of a little taste of summer and a glimpse of what it will be like oh so very soon!
This honestly was the most entertained the boys were all week! They were content, happy and mostly cordial to one another for almost an hour! Torrey and I could actually carry on a conversation amongst the occasional splashing.
And then we remembered that it was more fun to throw water on themselves and each other! And how the stinging cold of the water from the hose does not phase kids I have yet to comprehend. Can you see the smiles on their faces!!
Isn't it fun to see babies in diapers again?! Haiden was a little confused when we first were going outside. He kept saying "boots, coat on". It only took him a few seconds to remember the sweet memory of warm weather!(And we did go to the zoo over break but these pictures were more fun!)
