Long Weekend

Torrey was home for a long weekend.....4 whole days! It was fantastic to spend time together, get things done around the house and have a few outings. Of course it wasn't without excitement and just hanging out!!

This is what happens when a 3 year old launches a water rocket(purchased by daddy) and forgets to not point it at his head when he pulls the lever!! And naturally he wanted to do it again!
And yet another new toy that requires a battery, helmet, time to fix, but yet hours of entertainment. Of course we have to wash it like daddy does!

Thank you soooooooo much Aunt Tara for getting in the COLD water to help me swim in a pool for the first time this summer! I had so much fun jumping in and you catching me. I was shivering it was so cold but I couldn't help keep jumping and jumping!! I had a ton of fun!

Fixing Haiden

I was in the kitchen when I saw Cameron pull out his tools and he asked me to put on some rubber gloves(a whole other story). I asked him what he was doing and he said that he needed to "fix Haiden". He then proceeded to put a vice grip on his brother's leg. Haiden was amused until Cameron tightened a little too

snug! Oh the times to come!!!

Lately Happenings...

Yes this would be my 3 year old son on top of the roof. No his mother was not home when this happened!! Helping Daddy and Grandpa V. fix the gutter.

Playing and dancing out in the rain. Cameron looked at me funny when I told him he could run out in the rain but sure enjoyed it!

Cameron was playing doctor with Haiden checking his blood pressure. At least this time he was not giving him a shot in the head like he had done before! I don't know why this is underlined in blue??!


Mother's Day......I woke up with an overwhelming feeling of contentment and fulfillment of my life and the 2 precious little lives that God has granted me the honor to raise up in His ways and to bring honor and glory to Him. Watching Cameron and Haiden form a relationship already makes my heart happy. The smile Haiden gets on his face when his big brother whizzes by and the gentleness that Cameron kisses his little brother are just little glimpses of the bond the two of them will share for a lifetime. My boys are fearfully and wonderfully made, I can't think of a better Mother's Day gift! But the cute clothes Tor got me did make the day even better!
